This beautiful Faema Marte 1 group found its home in France making the most delicious espresso’s for decades.

Once i had it in my workshop i fully restored this Faema Marte internally, i polished the outside to shine again and kept the outside as original as possible. It is a true hommage to the detail of design from the ‘ 50s.

This Faema Marte is upgraded with a modern pressure regulator and for modern ease of use it now has a vacum valve as well.

The Marte als comes with its original portafilter and has been modified with a ridge for the spring to keep the basket in place.

It is the first machine on the market to embrace the art of hydro-compression — a remarkable innovation born from years of mastery and experience gained through the world’s first mass-produced steam-free coffee machines.
