CRUX Boxer Motorcycle  Espresso Machine

Born from craftsmanship and obsession: the Crux Boxermotor Espresso Machine is already a collector’s item. Only 60 copies can be built. Hand-built, fully functional, and engineered for everyday rituals that deserve something extraordinary.

AgingLab has always been committed to reviving industrial heritage to rediscover the beauty of time. For our first project integrating an engine with a coffee machine, China’s only horizontally-opposed engine served as the perfect vessel giving the heart of vintage motorcycles a new lease of life in the name of coffee.

Each engine is removed from an vintage motor, having endured the passage of time and is unique. After being disassembled, then cleaned with ultrasonic cleaning, treated with sandblasting, polished, and coated with protective paint to make it look brand new again.

a Such cannot be allowed to fall victim to haphazardly assembled, poorly crafted parts. AgingLab immerses itself in the original design philosophy, reimagining the historic overall design language and manufacturing techniques to develop entirely new components, allowing this classic machine to complete its true form.

We refuse to simply dismantle and embed ordinary coffee machines.

Our 304 stainless steel boilers are custom-made by professional manufacturers boiler solely to maximize the utilization of the complex space within the engine. Each boiler undergoes pressure tests to ensure safety.

Numerous components and pipelines are specially adjusted and secured according to the internal structure of the engine. All piping accessories are made of food-grade materials for commercial coffee machines.

The electrical components use custom high-temperature-resistant, high-standard wiring with protective mesh.

AgingLab is not a factory. There is no assembly line. Each machine is carefully made by hand!

No water connection? No problem, we have the solution with the Flojet waterpump system.

Voor Nederland en Belgie hebben wij een buitendienst die de machine tegen meerprijs installeert. Naar gelang van het gebruik verzorgen wij 1 of 2 keer per jaar het periodieke onderhoud.

Wij geven advies en leveren de geschikte koffiemolen op basis van de benodigde capaciteit.

U krijgt van ons uitleg over de werking en het makkelijke reguliere onderhoud van de machine om zo optimaal gebruik te kunnen maken van deze legendarische espressomachine.

Verse koffie? Wij leveren weekverse koffie uit onze eigen branderij “Het Hoofdkwartier“. Vraag gerust naar de mogelijkheden.

Om u verder te ontzorgen houden wij voor u bij wanneer uw espressomachine aan de beurt is voor een onderhoudsbeurt. Het onderhoud voeren wij zelf uit met onze uitgebreide kennis van de Faema e61.
